Generali Real Estate buys historic old building in Berlin-Mitte

Generali Real Estate’s asset portfolio in Berlin continues to grow. With the successful acquisition of the historic office and residential building at Französische Strasse 53-55, the company is once again making a statement – completely in line with its strategy of investing in prime office and retail properties in Europe’s most important and resilient cities, such as Berlin.

The fully let building has a total usable space of approx. 8,000 sqm, of which approx. 6,300 sqm are offices and 1,450 sqm are flats.
