Generali Real Estate recently added two outstanding historical buildings in prime city centre locations to its portfolio: Johannesgasse 2 and Linke Wienzeile 4. Located not far from the famous Naschmarkt, Linke Wienzeile 4 boasts a typical ornamental Art Nouveau façade. The building at Johannesgasse 2, on the other hand, was originally built for the Order of Malta and dates back to the first half of the 19th century in the classic Viennese style.
