This listed office and retail building is one of Cologne’s best-known heritage buildings. It was built in the years 1911 through 1913 according to plans by the renowned architectural firm of Helbig & Klöckner. In the mid-1950s, the remediation of wartime damage was used as an opportunity to expand the building and to add further floors.
