The two houses were built to plans by the architectural firms of Albert Speer + Partner and prasch buken partner between 2025 and 2020. A combined floor area of around 23,200 sqm divides into 316 rental apartments of 1 to 4 rooms, suitable for singles, couples and families. Construction and interior fit-out meet the KfW efficiency house 55 standard. This ensures best-in-class consumption data, low carbon dioxide emissions and moderate service charges.
The Max house provides 134 residential units while the Sophie house provides 182. Each unit comes with a balcony and/or a loggia. Convenient access is provided by 7 and 9 lifts, respectively. In addition, both houses have one service lift each.
The underground car park provides 217 spots. Add to this 878 bicycle parking spaces in the underground car park and on the grounds.
