Sustainable

The 10tral is not a new building but was originally completed in 1974. The existing robust building fabric was entirely stripped to shell and upgraded to the latest energy standard in 2021/2022. One key component of the energy concept is the highly energy-efficient new façade with its airy generously designed appearance.
To improve the lighting in the exclusive rental units, a new inner courtyard was carved out of the structure during the conversion. The recessed storey, which was newly added, includes two spacious roof terraces that overlook the city.
