Generali Real Estate acquires 10tral in Frankfurt

Our asset portfolio in Germany is growing with the signature of the forward deal to acquire the 10tral building in Frankfurt from OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH. This high-quality office and commercial building with a lettable area of around 4,800 sqm is in a prime location at the heart of Frankfurt’s city centre. The building is currently being completely refurbished and is seeking to achieve #LEEDGoldcertification thanks to the highest #sustainabilitystandards.
