For a number of years, Generali Real Estate has conducted a lengthy tenant survey each autumn. We would like to seize the opportunity to thank everyone who took or will take the time to take part in it: We appreciate it!
Your responses have supported us in our efforts to deliver an excellent work environment and to keep improving our services. At the same time, we are gaining valuable insights into shifting subject areas and requirements that help us fine-tune our deliverables to your actual needs.
Although the evaluation of the survey’s latest edition, that of 2022, has yet to be completed, one thing is already safe to say: The theme of “optimising the customer experience” will be on top of our agenda in 2023.
