Building in existing buildings

The 10tral is located in the heart of Frankfurt’s urban centre: an ultra-modern urban building block in a lively neighbourhood that offers around 4,800 m² of space for contemporary working in a high-quality environment.

It’s hard to believe that the spacious façade conceals an existing building from the 1970s rather than a new building. The existing structure was carefully gutted and brought up to the latest energy standards.

Building on existing structures instead of demolishing them – a fundamentally sustainable and resource-saving approach that was consistently implemented in the 10tral.
