For tenants and visitors
A new welcome at Potsdamer Platz: GRE launches a hospitality initiative
29. May 2026First impressions count – and Generali Real Estate takes this principle seriously. Through a targeted hospitality initiative, the reception areas in its premium office properties across Germany are set to be significantly upgraded. The aim is to welcome tenants and visitors as soon as they enter the building with an atmosphere that combines quality, professionalism and a sense of well-being.
The first property to undergo this transformation is the prestigious foyer of P5 at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. The property is one of the most prominent addresses in the portfolio and is now the first building to be refurbished in line with the new hospitality concept.
The measures include branded carpets and welcome signs, a newly designed floral display and other stylised details – all coordinated to create a welcoming arrival experience that reflects the brand.
“We want tenants and their guests to feel at home from the very first moment,” says the guiding principle behind the initiative. The measures follow a clear brand identity and are to be rolled out gradually to other properties.
P5 at Potsdamer Platz demonstrates how well-thought-out hospitality design and first-class office property reinforce one another – thereby setting the standard for the other premium-properties locations.
